Note:
  • If a publication issued by an organization, association, or corporation carries no personal author’s name on the title page, the organization is listed as author in a bibliography, even if it is also given as publisher. (See 13.86(
 
General Format 
Full Note: 
 1. Organization Name, Book Title: Subtitle of the Book (Publisher, Year), page #.
 
Example:
