UN SDG Open Pedagogy Faculty Fellowship Program

Open Pedagogy

Open pedagogy refers to a set of pedagogical practices that include engaging students in content creation and making learning accessible. While OER focuses on "what you teach with," open pedagogy focuses on "how you teach."

It can include creating, adapting, or updating OER with students, building course policies, outcomes, assignments, rubrics, and schedules of work collaboratively with students, or facilitating student-created and student-controlled learning environments.
