About personal authors

When one or more named individuals are responsible for the creation a work, they are called the personal authors.  When an organization is responsible for the creation of a work, that organization is called the corporate author.  The name of a personal author is given in reverse order, with the author's last name first, followed by his or her initials.

Example:

Walker, J. (2013). Canadian anti-hate laws and freedom of expression (Publication No. 2010-31-E). Ottawa, ON: Library of Parliament.
