If an image has been accessed online online, the medium goes in square brackets after the title and the URL goes at the end of the citation.

If you do not know the name of the creator of the image, begin the citation with the title.

Note: This format is used to reference an image that is discussed in the text of a paper. If the image is also to be reproduced in the paper, then permission from the copyright holder must be obtained and acknowledged. If theimage is under a Creative Commons License or in the public domain, then that needs to be acknowledged as well.
