What kind of resource is this?
If you think it is peer-reviewed, why?
If it is not peer-reviewed, do you think it is reliable enough to use for your project?

This one was a trick question--this isn't an article, but a book chapter! Check for book editors and publishers to see if a reference is for a journal article or a book chapter.
To find book chapters, I recommend looking for the book itself--in this case that's Educational leadership: Perspectives on preparation and practice.
You will find the print book in Discover, and we do have the ebook as well. We have the ebook through a database called ProQuest Ebook Central, and many ProQuest databases do not work well with our Discovery search.
If you are looking for an ebook, you can search in ProQuest Ebook Central directly, or use the Publication Finder by navigating to the Journals tab of the library homepage and clicking on Browse All Publication Types (screenshot below).
