Journal Article with an Article Number

Some online only journals have article numbers instead of running page numbers. These journals usually start every article at page 1, so page numbers are not very relevant for the citation. For journals with article numbers, put the article number in the place of the page numbers, after the word "Article":

If the article is from a news website (e.g., CNN, HuffPost)—one that does not have an associated daily or weekly newspaper—use the format for a webpage on a website instead.
