BrowZine is a journal platform from Third Iron that makes it easier to browse, read, and monitor your favourite scholarly journals that TRU Library subscribes to. It is available to all TRU students, faculty, and staff. Authentication is required.
With BrowZine you can:
BrowZine is now part of TRU Library’s Discover Search. When you research and view scholarly articles, they open directly in BrowZine, offering the same features as the BrowZine website.
Access BrowZine via the Journals tab on TRU Library Discover Search. Enter a journal name (e.g., Lancet) to view it in BrowZine. This works only for subscribed scholarly journals; other magazines and newspapers won’t be viewed in BrowZine.
Creating a BrowZine account allows you to access the rest of the features listed here. You can set up a bookshelf, sync your reading across different devices, receive alerts, set preferences, and more.
The BrowZine alert will be sent to the email address used to create the BrowZine account. Notifications can be configured to be received daily, weekly, or "off" to receive no email notifications under Settings. The default is weekly. If no new articles are added to followed journals within the selected time period, no email alert is sent. Learn more.
