Find the article for which you want to create a link and click on the title to display the full text.
Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser.
Before pasting the URL into Moodle, add this prefix: https://ezproxy.tru.ca/login?url=
In this example, your share link will now look like this: https://ezproxy.tru.ca/login?url=https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/qrj-03-2024-0071/full/html
Copy the modified share link and paste it into Moodle.
