Become a Student Library Ambassador!
Student Library Ambassadors offer a friendly welcome to TRU students, faculty, and staff at the House of Learning Library. The Ambassador team creates a sense of community and belonging for all library patrons by serving as a connection between library users and library staff. In addition to referring patrons to the appropriate library service or staff member, Ambassadors may assist patrons with booking an appointment with a Librarian, or demonstrating how to book a group study room. Want to be even more involved? Student Library Ambassadors may also provide assistance to library staff during library events.

Student Library Ambassador Award
Upon successfully meeting program expectations, receive $1000 (by cheque) at the end of the Fall and Winter semesters.
Please note: If there is an overdue balance on your TRU account at the end of the semester, this is paid first. You will then receive the remainder by cheque.
