Notes and bibliographic entries for magazines include:

  • author’s name
  • article title
  • magazine title
  • publication date.
  • If online, include the DOI (preferred) or URL

General Format : Print
 
Full Note: 
 1. Author First Name/Initial Surname, "Article Title," Magazine Title, Month Day,
Year, page #.
 
Example:
1. Denis Judd, "Hanging on to the Jewel in the Crown," History Today, November
2009, 34.
 
Subsequent Note: 
2. Author Surname, "Article Title," page #. 
 
Example:
2. Judd, "Hanging on to the Jewel," 35.
 
Bibliography:
